| Abstract: | 1996年8月作者在海南省三亞灣和榆林灣對海水中葉綠素a濃度，總細菌和大腸杆菌的豐度進行了檢測。結果表明葉綠素a濃度和總細菌豐度以三亞河口和榆林灣內港為最高，向離岸方向逐漸降低。三亞河口和榆林灣內港高的葉綠素a濃度（分 別 超 過10 μ g/dm3和5 μ g/dm3），高的總細菌豐度（均逹4x106cell/cm3）和三亞河口高的大腸杆菌的豐度（逹11,000cell/dm3）表明其水體呈現富營養化和生活污水通過三亞河對河口和內港的污染。要保證三亞市旅遊業的可持續發展，應加強三亞河，榆林內港及海濱區環境與水質的監控與管理。 |
