| Abstract: | Although reference transactions declined over the years, we saw a rise inhits on our library homepage and its resources. This session will examine
how HKUST Library improved self-service on its website; how we use
programs, cgi scripts, style sheets, etc. to make our databases, subject
guides and quality internet sites more accessible and easily discovered;
how we select internet sites, maintain the links and compile subject
guides to help users find what they need. |
