|Abstract: ||Photoreflectance spectra from the 4 Å diameter single-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been measured. The sharp features obtained from the measurement have been identified to the van Hove singularities associated with tubes of different chirality’s, and fitted by the first-order derivatives of both real and imaginary parts of the dielectric functions, such that the band structure of the CNTs is further clarified.|
