| Abstract: | The advancement of technology in the recent years has offered libraries unprecedented opportunities to improve users' access to bibliographic information. The expanded information access increases users' expectation and desire for the physical access of documents. However, technological development in the delivery of actual documents has not been keeping the same pace. Only until very recently publishers and document suppliers have realised and responded to the demand by actively developing the business of electronic document supply. |
