| Abstract: | 本發明公開了一種抗乙型肝炎病毒、降脂和減輕脂肪肝病變的藥物組合物，及其制備方法，該藥物組合物的有效成分原料藥包括射干，優化的方案是由射干和澤瀉組成，將上述射干單方或者射干和澤瀉兩味原料藥粉碎，配伍後用不同溶劑如水、1-100% 乙醇、甲醇、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯提取, 濾液濃縮後得到比重為1.05-1.1 的稠膏，即得本發明藥物組合物。本發明的優點在於以射干單方入藥或者將射干和澤瀉二味藥配伍，用於降脂和減輕脂肪肝病變:降脂同時，又可抗乙型肝炎病毒。實驗證明:單用射干或者二者合用，即可以降脂，又可以具有肝保護作用，使用安全可靠。 |
