qFourier transform, qHeisenberg algebra and quantum group actions

Summary  For q being a Nth root of unity, we introduce a qFourier transform on certain spaces, and we prove it has similar properties of the classical Fourier transform and the qFourier transform introduced in [6] when q is not a root of unity. The second result of this thesis is a construction of quantum group Uq(sl2)action on the qHeisenberg algebra, which generalizes the wellknown action of Lie algebra sl2 on the Heisenberg algebra.
